  • This does not explain how make the pen....What is the hardware used?

  • Your voice sounds a lot like Cindy Drozda. The pen you made was very good work. It is tragic that some much time and energy is expended in making pens when hand written documentation of any kind is going the way of the dinosaur what with hand held computerized note pads ..I am expecting the "I...sticky note" to come out before long.

  • I've been turning for about 9 months now and decided to pick up everything I needed for pens yesterday. I had a few questions and your video has cleared them all up for me. THANKS!!

  • beautiful work!

  • That was an "allrighty" video. It's great that you could take something that most would consider a piece of scrap and make an exquisite writing implement. I'm going to try making these.

  • Wow that is amazing, thanks for sharing. now I now how a pen is made.

  • thank a lot form Virginia

  • Thanks a lot from Italy.

  • How did you get started making the pens? It is not something you hear about someone making ever day, but very very cool! And useful!

  • I came from Beth's video and I am just in awe. I can't believe I just saw a pen come to life from a piece of wood. You are amazing.

  • This was so mesmerizing. I loved the sounds. I showed my brother the pen and he was awestruck. He used to take wood classes in high school and wanted to take up carpentry before I nixed that (I know, I know, but there wasn't a market for carpentry here!)He still loves fiddling with wood when he can.

  • I am very happy you like the pen. I love working on the Lathe. Hubby and I will be making Christmas ornaments this week on the lathe. I will see if I can tape it.

    Love Ya
