Here are those ingredients: Golden Honey Body Polish 1/2 c honey 1/2 c Epsom salts (available in grocery or drug stores) 2/3 c grapeseed oil Mix. Rub on skin. Gold Silk Body Butter 2/3 c shea butter 1/2 c honey 6 capsules wheat germ oil (available at health food stores) 2 tsp grapefruit seed extract sandalwood oil (amount not specified but I presume several drops) gold sheets (amount not specified but looked like 1/2 sheet) Mix. Rub on skin.

love the scrub alternative but as for the second-body butter..gols is said to be bad for skin, its an allergen and had no benefit..and grapefruitseed extract..when applied 2skin and exposed 2 sunlight can have a photoxic reaction soo mite wana consider that

I definitely take a bath or shower after leaving for a few minutes. I try lemon and honey on my face and it really work and the left over(lemon & honey) i add water and drink it.

for those who are allergic to honey...or bees who will be attracted to the honey, you can use Karo corn syrup. we use sea salt or plain white sugar in place of the epsom salt. we never buy epsom salt becuz of the folks in the house with endoctrine problems cant use it. other than that...this was excellent, and very well done.
