Guys just heat up your eyelash curler under a blowdryer for a few seconds and its almost the same effect. Not too long though, touch the curler with your finger before you put it near your eyes to test the heat!
I want to get an eyelash perm because I feel like curling my lashes every day is damaging them. When I don't curl them for a few months they get really long but you can't even see them unless they're curled.

I have some of the longest eyelashes I've ever seen, but sadly they are stick straight. I look awful without makeup only because of this fact (It looks like I have no eyelashes.. much like the asian woman in this video, but mine are light brown so they show up even less) so this is something that sounds pretty good to me. Curlers dont work, even the heated kind. Mascara lifts them a tiny bit with many coats. FML
do anyone know if this method is FDA approved! cause everything thats oversees isn't regulated to be used in the United State and their ingredients contains lead cancer causing ingredients n their products SO BE CAREFUL!!!!!!! LADIES
@moosicmaniac69 its temporary dear. i've done it a few times. its great. lasts 3-4 weeks. im getting one again soon. its true what strawberrihearts said though. when some of your lashes fall out, there will be random spots growing which wont be curled. it will be noticeable some weeks before the perm wears out. of course it depends on the product used on you or how often your lashes fall out.. but its not like your lashes fall out so often.
@moosicmaniac69 well its permanant on the hair it is done on (like all perms) but as new lashes grow in, they wont grow in curly. you'll end up with your permed lashes being amazing, and random spots where they have fallen out and you are left with your naturally straight lashes that have grown back in. lol youll look like an idiot :D

My lashes are so big and they are going upwards as well without the need of a curling scissor or any perm.
Some women have more straight lashes and they want them curlier. Do not try to make a racial issue in here by saying that you are glad you are black because your lashes curl naturally!
@Abena20 you are lucky girl! :) and did you know that besides having naturally curled lashes, you also have natural sunblock that prevents you from ageing too quickly? melanin is a natural sunblock and you have lots of it. :)

continous use and of the chemicals involved, yelash perming will weaken the lashes and may become the cause of them falling out. but if you get it done occasionally and not misuse the treatment, for example cut corners on eitheir doing it urself at home or at a dodgy place, the results can be quiet good.
bullshit. you cant just say women wana look like barbie dolls because they curl their eyelashes. HIEDI MONTANG baby, now thats barbie. perming your eyelashes isn't as close to that. im with women 100% if they want to perm their eyelashes:)

Mine lasted for about 2 months. I noticed that when I rub my eyes, the lashes gets tangled. :}
Anyway, I'm going to curl it again next week. The last time was like eons ago.
