  • After two, three months high raw I had no pains any more, and the period lasted two days shorter! Also I experienced for the first time in many many years clear skin! Then I stopped raw food and here I am again, in bad shape and terrible pain and bad skin : ( But now I will be raw again : ) : )

    I also think that belly dancing is very good and can help with cramps and pains, because the movements helps to "loose up stiffness" in the pelvic area, it that makes any sense what I wrote. Thank you!: )

  • @magicamoon I am sure that Belly dance also helps. Hopefully you managed to return to your true self by eating healthy with lots of living food, keeping my fingers crossed for you :-))

  • Great video! It is so nice and helpful to see others that are also in the beginning of their raw food journey. It is very inspiring to see people that have been raw for many years, as well, but since I have just started again on my raw food path, I find strenght in watching others experience which are also "newbies". All the topics you talked about in this video are the reasons I wanted to go raw! To lessen my period pains and also to get clear skin. It DID help! continues...

  • I have been eating raw for about three years and have continually experienced less and less pain. When I limit condensed sugar (honey, dried fruit, etc.) and eat more dark leafy greens the better I feel. It's pretty amazing and freeing!
