Of all the "cross-over" guys (eg Tank abbott, Dan Sevren, Steve Mongo McMichael, etc) Shamrock was 3rd best only to Kurt Angle and Brock Lesnar. His work was rock solid if he had someone who knew what they were doing calling the match for him-he just had no charisma or stick skills.
This might be an interesting interview. Think about it: this dude went through the new generation, most of the atittude days, the monday night war, the change to WWE, The new ECW...He might have some good stuff to talk about. Long as he keeps his shirt on, I'm cool.
I always liked his heel "King Mabel" gimmick. It's too bad they didn't push him harder in the mid-90's. They built him up so he could job to Diesel and Taker..then he faded out until they brought him back in 99 and turned him into Viscera and that kinda sucked. Big Daddy V was a pretty sweet gimmick, though. He was one of the best "big men" of the 90's imo..he just didn't get the push he deserved.
actually they brought him back a couple times in 98' after king of the ring when shamrock won. the night after shamrock, hhh, owen, had a triple threat match which shamrock won, then king mabel attacked him after claiming to be king also. had a match a week later, sham beat mabel.
Arcticclaws, i was in montreal on march 5th at a Wrestling show from TOW wrestling and i can tell you that he has a new wrestling attire. I have also noticed that he has lost some weight too. And dont worry we dont see his flubber flying in the ring anymore.

@ThaddeusMaximus909 (cont) Not only are they comedians, you cannot compare your "blacks do crack" comment with their social satires. I don't know what race/ethnicity you are, but I can presume you're white. If you can't understand why your comment is considered offensive, and why possibly a comedian's comment on the same subject matter wouldn't, then I do not believe you have a firm grasp on the soft, and not so soft, nuances that upholds racism in our country--and the world. @TeslaDRay - ah, right you are! I forgot all about that! And to think of it, Ken Shamrock wasn't a bad worker for a guy who came in from a background elsewhere. Of all the "cross-over" guys (eg Tank abbott, Dan Sevren, Steve Mongo McMichael, etc) Shamrock was 3rd best only to Kurt Angle and Brock Lesnar. His work was rock solid if he had someone who knew what they were doing calling the match for him-he just had no charisma or stick skills.

This might be an interesting interview. Think about it: this dude went through the new generation, most of the atittude days, the monday night war, the change to WWE, The new ECW...He might have some good stuff to talk about. Long as he keeps his shirt on, I'm cool.

I always liked his heel "King Mabel" gimmick. It's too bad they didn't push him harder in the mid-90's. They built him up so he could job to Diesel and Taker..then he faded out until they brought him back in 99 and turned him into Viscera and that kinda sucked. Big Daddy V was a pretty sweet gimmick, though. He was one of the best "big men" of the 90's imo..he just didn't get the push he deserved.

actually they brought him back a couple times in 98' after king of the ring when shamrock won. the night after shamrock, hhh, owen, had a triple threat match which shamrock won, then king mabel attacked him after claiming to be king also. had a match a week later, sham beat mabel.

Arcticclaws, i was in montreal on march 5th at a Wrestling show from TOW wrestling and i can tell you that he has a new wrestling attire. I have also noticed that he has lost some weight too. And dont worry we dont see his flubber flying in the ring anymore.
