Agreed! It's a shame that most people are only familiar with Outkast from Stankonia and on...their best stuff is pre-stankonia, especially ATLiens and Aquemini. Andre is the one who drifts too far away from that classic Outkast sound and it's good to see Big Boi is back making some good music. Each of the first three Outkast albums were so creative but so raw, each different from the one before it, each fresh and powerful in ways I feel were lost in the last two albums. I don't want to hear ATLiens done in 24 different ways, I want those raw yet refined poetic and visceral rhymes and rhythms. I respect what Dre tried to do in The Love, but it didn't work for me, Big Boi sticks with his roots but keeps progressing.
