@paragate Thank you for calling my practice a "Kung Fu", I did not consider it being a Kung Fu myself at this stage. Before you can direct your Qi through your Yi, you should teach your Yi the ways of Qi. Otherwise your Yi would not follow the natural way and would not be able to direct anything.
I like the garb, makes your so called "Kung Fu" look even more impressive. You shouldn't follow energy, you should direct it through Yi.
