Somehow I don't think there are too many cases of white cops kicking the shit out of a black kid..JUST BECAUSE HE'S BLACK in America today.
I am not saying these officers were justified, not by any means, just that with this video I have no way of knowing what the suspect did beforehand that caused the cops to react to this way.
Also, a surefire way to not get your ass kicked by the 5-0? Don't fucking run, idiot!
@Krakaet Wow you expect a lot out of a 15 year old child while expect nothing from the police. I agree though there cant be that many cases of cops kicking the shit out of 15 year old kids. only a complete psycho and heartless piece of shit would do that to a kid. Those cops deserve to die. Who cares what the 15 year old kid did he is a child and those police officers are supposed to be professional.
Six police officers against one person who is lying on the ground and unable to defend himself? It looks like the police were just taking out their pent up anger on this person, nothing more. Isn't it incredibly perplexing how racism only exists when the suspects in question are white? They got about 10 years out of their Rodney King footage, I wonder how long they can use this story for their own political purposes. The cops were definitely wrong in this case, and I won't begin to justify their behavior, but people have to realize why police are becoming more violent. There are much larger implications behind the rise in police brutality than "racism" or "social inequality".
Any cop that abuse their power should be placed into prison for years. No probation no firing no paid leave just sent to trial and prison thats it. Its called betrayal of trust and most people in houston texas and some other states are RACIST. This is all fucked up. Hope these idiot cops apologizes for their crimes.
@AlvaroAndfriends Prison? What, so the taxpayers can feed and clothe them, or some corporation can make a ton of money? In both cases the people lose and the state wins. I say they should just execute the motherfuckers. If you are given this type of power and responsibility you have to be held to a higher standard than the average person. This goes for all segments of the public sector. In China and Japan they have extremely severe punishments for this behavior across the board, and it works.
Life imprisonment is actually cheaper, because of the appeals process afforded to death row inmates. On top of the cost of imprisoning them for the 10-20 years it takes to exhaust all appeals and reviews, the taxpayers also pay the legal cost which will run in the MILLIONS before it's all through.
And even then, we still end up killing some people who are later found to be innocent.
Does it matter to you if someone is innocent, whether or not you kill them?
@greyflcn The taxpayers are only on the hook if the criminal uses a public defender and wins the case. Obviously the U.S. has a very flawed justice system, and so to deter people from committing crimes they would need to have harsher penalties in certain circumstances, because it is the only way to ensure that these people in power are made to be held accountable for their actions. As an example, why is white collar crime on the rise? Because they do not fear the penalty for being caught.
"Citizens in Singapore must obtain a license to lawfully possess firearms and ammunition; applicants must provide justification for the license, such as target shooting or self-defense. Citizens are not allowed to possess pistols over .32 caliber, or automatic weapons."
@greyflcn Singapore, and other nations who have a low incidence of gun related crime don't have to deal with large swaths of black Africans or Hispanics, which are overwhelmingly responsible for violent crime in the U.S. If your point is to repeal or alter the second amendment, it would have little to no impact on gun violence, or even violent crime as a whole. All it would accomplish is a greater demand in the black market.
@greyflcn Sorry if the truth to you is racist. Why was this same crime not seen upon Singapore's inception? After all they were one of the poorest, least educated countries to exist after the second world war, yet they were able to turn around and become one of the best in every aspect in less than a few decades. Why is the same degree of violent crime not seen with poor whites, Asians , or Jews anywhere else in the world? Is it just a strange phenomena that eludes science?
@greyflcn Oh I agree, the U.S. should implement stronger restrictions on the ability to obtain a weapon. Personally I think that general intellectual and psychological tests should be administered before one is even considered capable of ownership. Stricter laws may reduce the amount of gun related crime, although I really can't say. With a lot of social science/theory arguments you won't know until it's implemented. Every nation is a different culture, history, etc. that can affect this.
@greyflcn Another good example of where this harsh punishment works is Singapore. They have one of the lowest crime rates in the world because of how they decide to punish their criminals. Do you know of a fool proof system where no innocent person would be wrongfully prosecuted?
Well like I was saying. Life in prison without parole, is preferable to a death penalty.
It's dramatically cheaper. (!) And while you may run the risk of accidentally imprisoning someone for a decade. You don't run the risk of killing them outright.
And really, the tax payer is on the hook regardless.
@greyflcn Good link, but these statistics are outdated by about two decades and don't take into consideration how commonplace forensic evidence, as well as video footage is used today to implicate people in violent crimes. It also doesn't take into consideration the booming private prison industry. If they are allowed to appeal when they are clearly guilty then obviously you reform the appeals system to expedite the process.
Also don't you think it's possible that the reason Singapore has low crime, is that it's a relatively rich small country, with low unemployment, and an efficient healthcare system?
Rather than it's Judiciary, which essentially comprises of a judge without jury deciding things.
@greyflcn I wouldn't dismiss this fact. I also found that they have a high percentage (90%) of home ownership, however the statistics didn't state whether or not this includes those who are paying off a mortgage. The size of the country I don't believe would have much to do with anything, unless it had to do with the relationship with economics/resources. They have little to no resources, so it's not like comparing them to Norway or Sweden. Yes, healthcare and education are extremely important.
Prosecutor, Police officers, and Judges are all paid to maintain the corporation. It's not about justice. Ask yourself why does the seal behind the Judges Bench have a date of establishment. Then find out what they established on that date. :)
I half expected to see these cops throwing up gang signs after their little "beat in". I mean seriously. It looks like a video of a street gang beat in. But anyway, the people in this grand jury have to be dumb as shit. It shouldn't matter about the victims injuries after the fact. What should have merit is the intent of the officers during the act. Obviously it wasn't to subdue the suspect. It was to "teach him a lesson". And that is what should have been the focus of the grand jury. Intent!
To put it simply...Fuck the judges involved and these pigs, I understand that the guy broke the law but as far as I'm concerned each one of these pigs just did the same times twenty. How many of these kind of videos have to surface before the people get outraged? Personal I can't wait to see one of these kind of cops getting the everloving shit beat out of them!
@SDGinfo I agree when the time comes. THESE BASTEDS WILL GET IT WHEN WE ALL GO EGYPTIAN.
The absolute disgrace, is the injustice of thugs in uniform. If these men had no uniform they would face serious charges on the evidence. THEY ARE A LAW UNTO THEMSELVES. When the people riot in the coming economic crisis. THEY SHOUL ALSO SHOW NO MERCY TO THE EVIL POLICE.
@SDGinfo hey you are a dumb ass im done explaining my self to ass munchers like you. he deserved every little cut scrape and beating. i bet you the only reason you say shit on youtube is to make yourself look intelligent .
@DaddyLongLegs44 Wow!! With a stupid attitude like that I'll bet you had a serious erotic experience when Kelly Thomas was beaten into a coma (and later passed away) by 6 cops. Save the state the expense of trials?? Is that the mind set that supports retarded statements like yours? Your questioning someone elses IQ is a joke. It's obvious your IQ is smaller than my golf score is on a good day!! Blessed are those who suck up to cops; for they shall be called cop suckers. Have a good day!!
@DaddyLongLegs44 If I am a "liberal" (and I'm not sure what that is) what do you call 6 cops that beat up an underaged kid, a judge that tries to hide the video tape of the....AH....ERRR...AH ....incident, and you generalizing this kid as a retarded criminal; when he hasn't even been to court yet? This kid doesn't need a liberal; he needs an armored tank division. If you want to worship cops, no matter what they do; go for it. There are good cops. Cops like these make them look bad.
@ohannahdad i dont worship cops. i know there are bad cops, good cops. what im saying is that someone who runs from the cops cause he did something bad deserves an ass beating.
@DaddyLongLegs44 Cops are trained to accept the fact that people are not at their best when they get a call. Handing out a beating because a suspect tries to get away is punishment. It's not part of the cops job to punish. Any offensive move/act against a cop during aprehending a suspect is grounds for the use of force. The amount of force by a cop depends on the situation. Once someone is down and in cuffs, they should NOT be beaten, kicked, or punished further. That's unacceptable.
Amen to everyone who has said that the judges are to blame. This is judicially-sanctioned violence and, as often as they can get away with it, judicial murder.
Nothing new...these THUGS in uniform do this stuff every day. The main stream media usually does not report it...or, it is covered up internally. Check out this link...you will see that the THUGS in uniform are robbing, raping, murdering, molesting, dealing drugs etc...every day!!!
@GONECRUISING72 - No problem. Spread that site everywhere you can. I am so sick and tired of this tyrannical police state we live in and I want to expose the police for what they really are = THUGS!
Anytime an abundance of power and authority is given and not earned, it tends to be abused - and no, just because the police take an oath to uphold the Constitution (something 99% of them have no clue of what is written it it, nor have they ever read it) does not mean they have earned anything...
@greyflcn - But...it is not the "people" who are entrusted to uphold it (or to know what is in it)...it is the duty of the POLICE who have chosen/sworn to uphold the words that are in the Constitution...that is the difference! Cops can destroy lives by not abiding by and or knowing what is in the Constitution.
The Constitution is in place to protect the people from the government...not to protect the government from the people!!!
Creations of the Administrative State, the Unlawful 4th Branch of Govt put into place to strip Unalienable Rights by renaming them "benefits" under Statutory Law. Under the New Deal, FDR set up the Administrative State, a 4th Branch of Government. All judges, police, lawyers, GALs, hospitals, tribal organizations, nonprofits, etc have signed performance contracts + are bought and paid for - cooperative agreements. 45 CFR 302.34 and 45 CFR 303.107 . . .
Arizona 2005-07 infants + tots in state custody on unsubstantiated allegations were beat, raped, murdered while judges (one appointed Pres Juv + Family Court Assoc of US) assisted in destroying + altering evidence by sealing records + throwing evidence off the record. If you didn't attend murder trials, you wouldn't know of 3rd parties taking children to unknown places; facts were thrown off record
Local + state officials are administrative agencies, registered as corps, bribed for fed funds to do the dirty work - violate rights for funding statistics. Run a free Dun and Bradstreet on them; they are all corps. And this stuff is more common than you know. Records are sealed and like this case videos and evidence never sees the light of day, let alone press coverage (also guilty of assisting in cover ups)
@greyflcn - All States Secede, start over. It's gone to far to fix. All Statutory Law (Regs) - FDR era sealed deal which created the administrative state / agencies / law / courts - must be repealed. And the Federal Reserve (true "federal" funding - global cabal) must go too. We need to Secede, start over. Ignore all debt, throw them off. Repeal SS# etc. Chaos? yes, but what else to do... U.S. Senators/Reps work for them (Fed Reserve et al) not us.
This is total fucking BS. The real point is that you NEVER see any of the pigs stopping it. This would stop tomorrow if the police chiefs said that any cop involved in this would be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, and any cop watching and not stopping other cops from doing this would ALSO be prosecuted.
Simple fix but they will never do this because these thugs are acting the way they are TRAINED to act.
@TheUSMetalhead I was at the Nevada State convention trying to elect Ron Paul in the republican primaries, but as soon as they found out Paul was winning they stopped the convention and they never counted delegate votes at the national convention. Nader is the guy who wants information on food labels? That is one of the few things I agree government should do, is provide as much information as possible to consumers.
Furthermore, Ron Paul places his entire faith on having JUDGES, like the one who sealed this video, somehow fairly recomprensate people for damages, instead of regulations.
As we can see here, that's idiotic, and highly flawed.
@greyflcn - Re police as state officials. Regardless, all funding comes through the state, BUT its SOURCE is federal funding. That is how they took over. The people must be willing to suffer to throw off the feds (highway funding, welfare, etc). It's all bribery for power/control - adherence to federal statutory law which then becomes state statutory law through the funding.
Well by all means please enlighten me why you think property rights lawsuits are an adequate replacement for regulations.
Especially it'd be great if you could cover the part how even winning a high cost lawsuit, can be overturned without a jury, on appeal, to be a fraction of what it was before.
Perhaps you were going to cover Ron Paul's statement that the Establishment Clause is wrong
LOL Now that's a beating. At first I was like this isn't so bad, then the kicks to the head begin and don't stop. I understand these cops are pissed of and/or stressed out most of the time, but this is no excuse for actions like these and to hear these guys are being charged only with misdemeanors is outrageous. What happened to the judge who hid this video? This is beyond excessive, it should be called police brutality in the 1st degree. Whether he was permanently injured or not doesn't matter.
This is just common human status behavior. Sometimes it's call bullying, sometimes it's called justice, sometimes it's called gang or police based torture, sometimes it's called death by falling down. Civilization is all about one class torturing other classes to death while reaping a fancy ass profit while lookin' good and getting sexier. i have had worse bosses than those cops kicking that guy while unconsious. Government helps status crimes not stop them. It's basic to diabolism.
@hypnofan35 The basic status or hierarchal behavior is violence of higher status toward lower status or disenfranchised. I noticed it most when i was a small child and didn't understand the nature of official "good damage". People are nuts, especially when wishing to demonstrate authority with death threats. They don't even know they are doing it. Such is the psychological nature of bias and status games. My poor dad was like this, but only at home where he felt at home.
This is why so many people hate the police.. How can you respect a system that allows this kind of abuse to Children, or anyone for that matter.. This is the kind of thing that will spark riots somewhere... This is beyond race, everyone should be outraged about this police Brutality..
Cops are COWARDS. The police car had HIT the suspect. It looks like he was UNCONSCIOUS lying on the grounds.
The cops should be put in jail for assault.
As the commentator said, "the suspect is not resisting". Well I guess not. If you'd been hit by car, you'd be laying on the ground "not resisting" too!.
The youngster was hit by the police car and hurt and yet the police thugs gang up on him. What cowards, everyone of them should lose their jobs. Being a police man is tough work but these men are criminals. There is no excuse for what they did.
@akamal1113 based on your comment you sound like the nigger to me. Of course he is going to be on the news, he has a regular show you idiot. They aren't going to bring in a white guy just because of "white man's issues."
I think they just need more sensitivity training, why would you throw these ppl in jail? They are only expressing their anger in a unhealthy and illegal manor.. sure its an abuse of power and it makes them look scared and weak but they are police officers god dammit

Taking away the racism aspect.
Surprise, but poor and uneducated people commit the most crimes. (Not to mention, those on drugs, or with untreated mental conditions)
Singapore on the other hand is one of the most educated asian countries, most wealthy per capita, and has low unemployment.
_
My other point. Gun Control is different from removing gun ownership.
Canada for instance has very high gun ownership. But rather strict gun control laws. And low gun violence.

DefenceSpeech 1 year ago
@greyflcn Oh I agree, the U.S. should implement stronger restrictions on the ability to obtain a weapon. Personally I think that general intellectual and psychological tests should be administered before one is even considered capable of ownership. Stricter laws may reduce the amount of gun related crime, although I really can't say. With a lot of social science/theory arguments you won't know until it's implemented. Every nation is a different culture, history, etc. that can affect this.
DefenceSpeech 1 year ago
@greyflcn Another good example of where this harsh punishment works is Singapore. They have one of the lowest crime rates in the world because of how they decide to punish their criminals. Do you know of a fool proof system where no innocent person would be wrongfully prosecuted?
DefenceSpeech 1 year ago
@DefenceSpeech

Well if you'd prefer more recent numbers:

Also don't you think it's possible that the reason Singapore has low crime, is that it's a relatively rich small country, with low unemployment, and an efficient healthcare system?
Rather than it's Judiciary, which essentially comprises of a judge without jury deciding things.
greyflcn 1 year ago
@greyflcn I wouldn't dismiss this fact. I also found that they have a high percentage (90%) of home ownership, however the statistics didn't state whether or not this includes those who are paying off a mortgage. The size of the country I don't believe would have much to do with anything, unless it had to do with the relationship with economics/resources. They have little to no resources, so it's not like comparing them to Norway or Sweden. Yes, healthcare and education are extremely important.

A teachable moment she says, hahaha. Yeah, it teaches us that cops can do just about anything they want and get away with it.

Intent!
jboyko3 1 year ago 5
To put it simply...Fuck the judges involved and these pigs, I understand that the guy broke the law but as far as I'm concerned each one of these pigs just did the same times twenty. How many of these kind of videos have to surface before the people get outraged? Personal I can't wait to see one of these kind of cops getting the everloving shit beat out of them!

@ohannahdad liberal no? sound like one cause you tryin to defend retarded criminals
DaddyLongLegs44 3 months ago
@DaddyLongLegs44 If I am a "liberal" (and I'm not sure what that is) what do you call 6 cops that beat up an underaged kid, a judge that tries to hide the video tape of the....AH....ERRR...AH ....incident, and you generalizing this kid as a retarded criminal; when he hasn't even been to court yet? This kid doesn't need a liberal; he needs an armored tank division. If you want to worship cops, no matter what they do; go for it. There are good cops. Cops like these make them look bad.
ohannahdad 3 months ago
@ohannahdad i dont worship cops. i know there are bad cops, good cops. what im saying is that someone who runs from the cops cause he did something bad deserves an ass beating.
DaddyLongLegs44 3 months ago
@DaddyLongLegs44 Cops are trained to accept the fact that people are not at their best when they get a call. Handing out a beating because a suspect tries to get away is punishment. It's not part of the cops job to punish. Any offensive move/act against a cop during aprehending a suspect is grounds for the use of force. The amount of force by a cop depends on the situation. Once someone is down and in cuffs, they should NOT be beaten, kicked, or punished further. That's unacceptable.
ohannahdad 3 months ago
They need to NAME and SHAME the judge(s) that provide 'sanitation' in these outrageous corruption and NAZI cop cases!
It's clearly a BAD BARREL not "BAD APPLE" problem.

GONECRUISING72 1 year ago
@GONECRUISING72 - No problem. Spread that site everywhere you can. I am so sick and tired of this tyrannical police state we live in and I want to expose the police for what they really are = THUGS!
Anytime an abundance of power and authority is given and not earned, it tends to be abused - and no, just because the police take an oath to uphold the Constitution (something 99% of them have no clue of what is written it it, nor have they ever read it) does not mean they have earned anything...
godlydoor320 1 year ago
@godlydoor320
By the same merit, I find that most people who complain about "the constitution" don't have a clue what is written in it.
It's just a lazy placeholder for a lack of an argument for why they don't like a particular piece of legislation.
greyflcn 1 year ago

@mamasuntwinkle -
Local + state officials are administrative agencies, registered as corps, bribed for fed funds to do the dirty work - violate rights for funding statistics. Run a free Dun and Bradstreet on them; they are all corps. And this stuff is more common than you know. Records are sealed and like this case videos and evidence never sees the light of day, let alone press coverage (also guilty of assisting in cover ups)
mamasuntwinkle 1 year ago
@mamasuntwinkle
But hey, why try to prevent damages with Regulations, when we can instead just have judges and corporate greed solve everything instead?
THEREFORE we need to get rid of regulations! Because the alternative is so much better.
Just look to any other country with little regulation, and see how wonderful their violent little hellholes are doing :)
We should be more like them.
greyflcn 1 year ago
@greyflcn - All States Secede, start over. It's gone to far to fix. All Statutory Law (Regs) - FDR era sealed deal which created the administrative state / agencies / law / courts - must be repealed. And the Federal Reserve (true "federal" funding - global cabal) must go too. We need to Secede, start over. Ignore all debt, throw them off. Repeal SS# etc. Chaos? yes, but what else to do... U.S. Senators/Reps work for them (Fed Reserve et al) not us.
mamasuntwinkle 1 year ago

That is one of the few things I agree government should do, is provide as much information as possible to consumers.

ron paul here...
SeppLainer 1 year ago
@XulChris
Last I checked, Police were State officials.
Ron Paul isn't Anti-State, he's Anti-Federal.
Furthermore, Ron Paul places his entire faith on having JUDGES, like the one who sealed this video, somehow fairly recomprensate people for damages, instead of regulations.
As we can see here, that's idiotic, and highly flawed.
greyflcn 1 year ago
@greyflcn - Re police as state officials. Regardless, all funding comes through the state, BUT its SOURCE is federal funding. That is how they took over. The people must be willing to suffer to throw off the feds (highway funding, welfare, etc). It's all bribery for power/control - adherence to federal statutory law which then becomes state statutory law through the funding.
mamasuntwinkle 1 year ago
@greyflcn It's idiotic in a society educated by the state, yes.

Or how private Monopolies are great.

It's basic to diabolism.
hypnofan35 1 year ago
@hypnofan35 The basic status or hierarchal behavior is violence of higher status toward lower status or disenfranchised. I noticed it most when i was a small child and didn't understand the nature of official "good damage". People are nuts, especially when wishing to demonstrate authority with death threats. They don't even know they are doing it. Such is the psychological nature of bias and status games. My poor dad was like this, but only at home where he felt at home.
