To answer your question, though, what you have to do is right-click within the left white box, use the right-click menu as a bridge to maneuver your cursor through to the button, then while the menu is still up, click the red button.
Not rocket-science, but difficult to explain for the mentally disabled.

The portion of the title that says "complete" is misleading.
One would believe that if something claims to be "complete," it would, in fact, BE complete.
This, however, isn't.
If it were complete, it would show how to acquire all 5 bottom-row achievements, while this barely shows how to get one.
