I used to live in oklahoma and since this video has come out the law has changed. You can now get tattooed there but the shops are few and far between.
Good God, I am still disgusted at the ridiculousness of the laws we had. Being a tattooed Oklahoman, tattooed before and after the laws, I really hate the 'taboo' stigma on tattooing
