How to get Darkrai:

1. You need the Event item Member's Card (No way to get it short of cheating, the event is over).

2. You need the National Pokedex.

3. You must beat the Elite Four.

You need the member card from a Nintendo Event. The only way you can get it now is by cheating/hacking or trading with someone who has a Darkrai.

darkrai should be resistant to sleep. After all, he is the only one who learns Dark Void, which puts opponents to sleep, he has Bad Dreams, and well, you get the point. Darkrai rulez!!!
