Sadly three years later i think all of the government and high class Malaysians efforts have failed. Malaysians as a whole remain the most rude, uncivilised persons on earth. They are obsessed with being as "civilised" and "developed" as Singapore but they cant be. Malaysia and rude goes like peanut butter and jello!
