Do they do the same as here in England UK? have all types of 'New Deal' of Bullshit Crosby Training Schemes that offer 100% worthless bullshit training (sat in a room looking at old -Expired Jobs adverts etc) paid for by EC Money. All those on it are not counted & also many refuse to attend it's so bad so they lose all benefits for Months & again are 'off' the Statistics.
