@ShoneXFL Alright so... Kuroko (shorter one) had a drink that has had aphrodisiacs added to it because she wanted to get Mikoto (Taller one) to drink it. She then accidentally drinks it herself and because she is obsessed/in love with Mikoto she becomes very umm... affectionate. Anyway, Kuroko has teleporting powers (which is how she teleported and removed Mikoto's bra and underwear/shorts) and Mikoto has electric powers. It's part of the show.
