take a computer class for 300$ and LEARN how to FIX your own computer instead of just crying about it.

Seriously, I have 4gb in both my macbook pro and mac mini, i can simultaneously run adobe premiere, flash, photoshop, 2 browsers, and coda (for programming) and the performance isn't even changed at all! 8gb seems really good for pc users, but really...you don't need it.

i have been a mac user of 9 yrs, when i finally switched over to windows, fortunately windows 7 came out, so good operating system, the cpu, ram, graphics, screen, audio, microphone, and nice webcam, if not a 500 camcorder for 1,800. my man, the price was what suprised the hell out of me when i switched over, i was a legit mac fan, but seeing the significant price difference, switched me over into using pc, at least till when mac's labtops reach below the 999 mark, i dont care for the mac mini

I wanted the iPad too, but with no camera and lack of flash player. Id rather wait till the 2g comes out. This one is just like a beta anyways... iPhone 4g is my interest right now as well :), i like the fact it has a front facing camera and iChat.

But an iMac is what i REALLY want, ill have to save up about 2,000 dollars though -_-, DARN YOU APPLE! WITH YOUR AWESOME PRODUCTS, AND HIGH PRICES !
