    I LOVE LIFEHOUSE.

  • he sings well live, wowowowowow :-)

  • is the public stoned or what? they'd have to restrain me from jumping on stage!!

  • loving his voice...i want a bf like jason...:-)

  • they are so talented...

  • would you guys rather have him up there lip-syncing? seriously shutup and go troll somewhere else.

  • I just want to burst in tears listening to this! AHHHHHHHHHHH!

  • @SHENGGGX3

    even at 3:51?

  • @IsThisEvenEdible

Sure :D True fans don't judge just because of a small mistake or being off note for 0.1 second.

  • @johnnylarkin Thats called a live performance

  • If you are a human, you will make mistaken.

  • This song is about Jason's dad.

"This song is about being from a broken home." - Jason Wade

Anyone saying it's about a girlfriend is stupid. Jason's been married since he was only in his early twenties anyway.

  • i'd really like this song

  • This song is about his relationship with his father, so it could have very well been real emotion. Love Lifehouse and Jason Wade!!!! This is one of my favorite songs, too. <3

  • AWESOME!!!! :-D

  • temazo!

  • I would have jumped and sung along with them. Worst audience ever... :|

  • @johnnylarkin

    lol 3:62 ??

  • This song tells a story that looks like something i'm living right now...

  • @johnnylarkin 62? :D

  • maybe someday you'll realize just how much I love you.

  • this is like being watch by a bunch of zombies..lol!

  • best band everrrrr!!!

  • Lol the crowd reminds me of the crowd in Weezer's perfect situation video where he comes up on stage the very first time and the audience just looked confused.

Still, this song is amazing, and it relates to anyone of if not, everyone, that we have loved and lost before.

  • Jason ist der HAMMER. Ich bekomm immer wieder Gänsehaut, wenn ich ihn höre. Es gibt keine Musik, die ich so oft hören kann.

  • 3:52 that bad... tsk.. but overall PERFECT!!

  • What an active crowd!!

  • @wxyztu they just stop and stare of this amazing performance! ;D

  • @johnnylarkin That's called real emotion

  • @LinkVink absolutely, these guys are amazing. u can feel their emotions

  • @LinkVink No, that's called a bombed note haha. But good performance :) Thanks for uploading!

  • @Xallia621 That's probably the real reason, but I want to believe it's real emotion. It's like, when you have a favorite band, sportsclub, etc. they can't do anything bad, even a bombed note ;). So everything they sing, or how they sing, it's good. Even the dission for not putting crash and burn on the last CD ;)

  • @LinkVink Ähm there is no 3:62 xD ?

  • @Xallia621 That would be a note right between chest voice and falsetto, and unfortunately he missed that one haha

  • This song means a ton to me. I saw them perform it live and almost started crying because it's so special to me.

  • hmmm depressed ladies.....lol..sum watching jason like they wanna beat him up lmao!

  • nice crowd lol

  • a part of me die when i let you go.....

    go!

  • i love this song it's one of my favorites

    and i also love lifehouse

  • dull crowd

  • Lifehouse are just awsome theck out their new Album Smokes and Mirrors its amazing.............

  • Love this band and this song!

  • He has a wonderful voice <3 =)

  • See the music video?

  • nice music

  • Y_Y nice song...

  • relate to man, and so we honour God by following this precedent whether we are communicating about exclusively spiritual things or not.

I would expect, then, that a Christian band would recognize the value human relations, and so ensure they sung about them.

I would also expect that they would not be criticized about this from a fellow Christian, since they are only performing that which God would have them do.

  • relate to his fellow man soured. So when the second Adam died for out sins, he restored our ability to renew correct interaction amongst ourselves.

If you think God views our relationships as a mere ''earthly'' matter, you are mistaken. Our ability to relate is based on the fact and communicative ability of the the Trinity itself. For this reason, man, being made in the image of God; will always value, as does God, his relations with his fellow humans.

God made man to relate (cont above^

  • Lifehouse <3

  • jajaja pinche jason!!!

se le sale un gallo en el minuto 3:50

pero aun asi.. el mejor grupo de todos!!!!!

  • well the crowd sure has a lot of enthusiasm :/

  • I am also a straight guy who enjoys Lifehouse's music, everyone is different...

  • @chadh12 Why do you say like that? I mean I am straight too, but why does that make a problem at listening lifehouse? o.O

  • @holybringer A lot of people see Lifehouse as a band with a mostly female fan base, so I get ridiculed sometimes for liking them. That's all I was saying, not that it was a problem.

  • @chadh12 ohhhhh..i seeeeeeee..i misunderstood..

  • @holybringer It's all good :)

  • @chadh12

dont worry about that, everyone knows that i like lifehouse .. and im the only guy i know who does. i think they are amazing liveeeeee, and if i could go see any group live in the world it would be them. might even be ridiculed for accidently in some heat of some moment shoutin i love you jasoooooooon. almost all his lyrics to his songs reach out to me

  • I'm pretty sure there is more than 1% of fans who are neither gay nor female.. Considering I'm neither, and I think that I am definately NOT the only straight dude who appreciates their music.

  • im with you ..my wife got me into their music ...great songwriters ...they show they can cut it live ...i like that theyre not flashy ...straight energetic sound that doesnt require screaming and a tempo off the charts ...proven ...

  • @Roguesamuraix absolutely right. I'm also a straight guy and i love their music. And i have a lot of friends that like their music also...and they are all straight...

  • stilll, it does take something to move people, even if they are all girls.

  • These days, the main reason to make music, is to make money.

The second reason is to express yourself.....

  • My point exactly

  • @justse2006 They were a Christian worship leading team, and many of the songs have spiritual contents, and not necessarily about girls but rather about the love based relationships with God. Songs such as Breathing, Broken, Storm still show their Christianity core. But the world tends to deny those aspects of them and put them as mere earthly relationships and about girls, which is pretty sad to me.

  • They are not ''mere earthly relationships.'' While an individuals relationship with God is of primary concern, the individuals relationships with his fellow humans is of great import too.

In Genesis we see God did not make Adam to relate to Himself alone, but also to other human beings. God gave to man the ability to create (through expansion of population) a variety of Relationships, from romantic so marital to the social contract.

When man fell, his ability to properly (continued ^)

  • @glooer - YOU ARE SO RIGHT EVERY WORD...THANK YOU! I believe Jason wrote these songs for the same reason you just noted... he talked about this earlier on...eventually, he stopped telling the real reason behind these songs like Breathing and Everything. he started saying he is leaving it up to the listeners to interpret the song how ever they want to. I understand why, to make it less complicated specially when the subject is about God, Christianity and religion. it becomes an issue to some.

  • @justse2006 Dude your wrong in so many ways. That paragraph you used to describe such talent is something you would use to describe Justin Bieber. Your an idiot, these guys are legends.

  • @justse2006

You really have no idea do you.

These are probably the most down to earth rock stars you could come across.

This song isn't even about a girl. Jason writes a lot of music about his relationship with is father and a lot of faith based music to be interpreted in different ways. Really, I think he could care less about "cashing in". He makes music for the fans. If they would have done if just for the money, he'd be trying to write another "hanging by a moment" or "you and me".

  • 99% female
