Try this ending chord instead of the one you played and see IF it works for you = 11th fret open E on the 6th string.. barre the entire 11th with the index from strings 1 thru 5..and play the 14th fret with the pinky on the 1st string..let it ring.. and you MIGHT approve.. let me know what you think..

It sounds pretty good now. But you may want to consider a pencil condenser of some sort. I find the samson c01 kit to be very nice for the price. Condenser will help you pick out a little more string dynamic but I would also use a sm58 in there somewhere as well. I think it sounds pretty good now though lol
