yo, i tried doing that static flip thing you did at an indy show a few weeks ago, do you tuck ur legs in when you flip?

I'm assuming you are reffering to the first thing I have in this video. I am excellent at standing frontflips, which helps. But even before I was I was very capable of doing this. The hop first helps, and tuck your legs in tightly until you get use to it. Make sure the person holding on to you keeps a firm hold and doesnt let your arm down, or even have them pull up a little. Eventually, with some practice, it's pretty easy to do, just as long as they keep ahold of your wrist

My training was for wrestling, not flipping. No one taught me how to do the highflying things, that's just my claim to fame basically. People know me more from that than my actual ability to wrestle so I stick with it.

Avian is off on a trip this weekend but this is one of the OWL guys replying. Avian was trained under several different people, none of which taught him any part of the highflying he knows now. Though, on that same note, he was already a good flipper well before he started wrestling.

No OWL guy has ever been to a show other than OWL. You were most deffinatley not hearing any of the OWL commentators at a show in Kentucky. It depends on which place Im wrestling for. Some do, some dont

It went okay, I nearly killed myself on an asai moonsault, but it's the match that the shooting star to the outside and avalanche dragonrana came from so with that logic, not bad at all.

Nah it was a real fun match and I was happy with it (aside from the asai thing)

First Dragonrana was a double down, so that's the way it was suppose to go. Second one was a little messed up (note my head dragging across the ring) but the move is extremely difficult and (again) to my knowledge that's the only time it's ever been done. The full matches I removed because they were super old yard footage. I work indys now, and all the OWL guys are way better than those videos showed. I may up more stuff in the future though.

It was my first off ropes. I had probably done 500 or more off of various other things (mostly ladders) in other matches or practicing. Also the fact that I had stuff here shows I finally got my ass in gear and will be uploading AWS day 2 footage this weekend, for real =P.
