Haha- why did Coverdale sound like Page? Well he's a heavy metal singer. British metal singers sound like Plant, Ian Gillian or Paul Rodgers. Coverdale sort of sounds like Paul Rodgers mixed with Robert Plant. That's why Coverdale replaced Gillian in Deep Purple and why got to work with Jimmy page

@z603dauren, he always sounded like Plant on this song, but on this recording he is ending his words with a Plant-like attack and fadeout and repeating random words like Plant would, making him sound even more like Robert Plant
