Hey! I take offense to that! The song IS great, and it IS stuck in my head, but i'm NOT disappointed with the vid. It's pretty okay. It's not horrible, is it? Well, granted, maybe it could be better (too much random walking around! Should be cut down on), but i think it's pretty darn good already.
Well, i don't know about you, but i think that this is a lot like Lenalee from the anime D.Gray-Man's own personalised song. Watch the episodes with Suman getting overtaken by his Innocence, if you're interested. If not, well, nevermind.
Maybe it's meant to be abstract. XD I think it's about someone who leads a very sheltered life and dreams about the future and its possibilities, while looking back on her life. Possibly.
Ooh, also, the "man dying in the sunset" could be like, em, her father or something. Someone controlling her. Maybe he feels disappointed she's not doing regular things and wants to spread her wings?
And can anyone please, please, please tell me what the lyrics at the bridge is all about. I can't seem to catch them, no matter how many times i hear it.
she's quite good. surprisingly i haven't really heard her a lot on local radio like 987. bands like electrico get so much more attention, when i prefer her much more!
It's available at Sembawang, HMV, That CD Shop, Gramaphone. Other than these outlets, you can get it at her regular gig venues like Balaclava and Wala Wala. She's at Wala Wala on Thursdays and Saturdays, Balaclava on Wednesdays and Fridays. Catch her LIVE.... Highly recommended;) Thanx for your support!! Rock On!
yup. ur welcome=) My skin was like so much darker after the shoot! haha but well it was worth it, well helping out in a music video shoot of a local talent its like a great experience wad cn i ask more? haha. I can see Mr Nick skin colour turns so much darker at the end of the shoot. Basicly, all of the crew's skin colour turn darker at the end of the day! haha. But was well worth it.
It has to be on charts - that's the first thing that comes to my mind everytime I listen to this song. It will be - it definitely will be... someday. Nothing can stop you, my friend!!! :)
To all who were part of this magnificent production,
Eric, Steven and gang, Boi, April, Ken Minehan, Christina Choo, Nic Chu, Mike, Alfred, Patricia, Alistair and assistant, boys from ITE and TP, Boon, June, Zac, June's Didi, Terence, Dancers, Garffiti artist, Pearly, Serene, Aunty Jenny, Uncle Ron, Toni & Guy, Skaters, Bladers and Bicycle crew at the Skate park. Donny and crew from Infinite Frameworks for the excellent support.
Singapore will never be the same now. I know this' just an epitaph for many more to come from this talent. Thanks for the post Chris. I can only imagine the labyrinth of work your team sifted to get it going this awesome. Shirlyn babe. You rock!! Hope you'll plan a tour of Netherlands soon.
