Well lets hope that the writers have gone back and done their homework. Bo did love someone as much as he love Hope he said it repeatedly during the Mexico series. The proposal, this current scene, I think at the wedding, the honeymoon etc. How many more times do they need to hear it?
Bo's love for Carly was off the charts (as was their chemistry) and when the new writing staff (headed by JER) came in and tried to downplay the Bo/Carly relationship for Bo/Billie, it was a slap in the face to fans that had watched this beautiful couple together...their wedding in Mexico was maybe the most romantic ever on Days....i just ignore obvious re-writes like that
I loved these two so much back then. I hate how they downplayed their relationship when Hope came back from the dead.This was during the whole Billie/Bo/Hope s/l . Hope had amnesia and he told her when he was with Carly she was just a distraction but Billie was the one that helped him get over losing her and I was like what a bunch of bull. If anything Billie helped him get over the lost of Carly. I hate when they rewrite history

I think I remember that too. I was furious when I heard that line. That was a total bunch of crap. I think if they thought about it a little instead of pleasing the current actor on their payroll they would have said that Billie was the distraction. Come on Bo and Carly were together almost three years before Billie stepped into the picture I think that is a little more than a distraction from the loss of Hope.
Thank You!! That's why I feel when they hire these new writers they need to make them watch old episodes so they will know the history of the characters before they start writing these storylines. That's why i stopped watching DOOL. They just ruined all my fav couples.
I felt they totally disrespected Carly and her relationship with Bo when they did that.C&B were so hot and the wedding night scene was off the charts HOT!!! Definitely more than a distracion.
I agree I hate when they think they we will forget. Bo loved Carly more than anything and it pisses me off that they pretend that Carly was not that important. Billie was never as important as Carly was.

That's why I believe DOOL is on it's way to being cancelled. There the only soap left on NBC and there ratings suck.
