I am big fan of both MELVINS and UNSANE. I am 100% totally familiar with all the works by both those artists. I am also an experienced musician and composer of original music.
I can assure you with absolute and total certainty that
both those bands are VERY much different.
Both bands have a completely different structure,tone,composition style,rhythm syncopation...etc.
