I bought myself 3 DA packs just for whatever, and in the first I got that crappy land that draws when you sac a dude. In the second I got a Havenghoul Lich, Wolfbitten Captive, and a foil Increasing Devotion! In my third I got Seance which was bad but then it had Huntmaster of the Fells. Man I was so happy when that happened.

I had a blast at my first Magic pre-release and I pulled some amazing cards for a begininger. It made my day when I pulled another Ravenous Demon in a DA booster along with two Diregraf Captain,Graveborn Crawler a Terror of Kruin Pass and some other ones I can't think off the top of my head. And I bought a Swift Justice intro for the hell of it and I love it.

If you cast a increasing vengance then cast another targeting increasing vengance with the copys of increasing vengance target increasing vengance, and lets say you delcare that to happen 100 time and you had a dragons claw out, would you gain 100 life?

@corbono2 okay this is hard to explain, but technically you cannot just cast increasing vengeance for no apparent reason (why would you?). So say you cast a shock or something, then flashback the vengeance, get 2 copies, then flashback a second and then copy vengeance, and if you repeat that last vengeance by copying vengeance it would be an infinite loop until you decided to stop copying vengeance and copy shock or something.

@QuickManaNoNova Essentially this could rack up a storm count or use it on a better method than life gain, why gain 100 life when you can just win right then and there through like lava axe or something. But casting two from a graveyard is unrealistic as thats 10 mana excluding your initial spell. I mean you can fiddle with it but it wouldn't make much sense to. ALSO spell copies are not "cast" so dragon's claw would not work, read the rulings on gatherer under increasing vengeance

@QuickManaNoNova oops I made the same mistake, storm would not work as that also requires spells being cast. Spell copies are merely placed onto the stack. So its best used for like copying a burn or something and just winning lol.

Lucky you. My pre-release was three packs of Innistrad, three Dark Ascension, and I didn't pull a single mythic or even a rare that was all that special. On the other hand, one person pulled TWO Lilianas... o_O

@Lurdanjo My pre release was also 3 Inn and 3 DA Unlike you though I pulled 3 Mythic in all my DA Packs Sorin, Reaver and Helvault I an a spirit deck and went 2-4

Went to the prerelease with a group of 6 other people and a total of 9 mythics (8 unique) were pulled between us. Sadly two of us did not pull any. I got another garruk and the lich but sadly did not get very many good support cards and went 0-4

I pulled a Moonveil and Requim Angel and placed pretty badly 47th out of 55 people :( what are you gonna do, got some pretty decent pulls that i can base a deck around so I'm happy and it was a fun night with friends so all is good :)

i went to pre release yesterday and it was my first oien to xD. it was so fun. i had a pretty good deck and got 8th XD. there was like 34 there. I also pulled a Liliana as well xD. plus i got 2 other mythics and 4 rares from my 6 boosters so 3 mythics and 4 rares XD. it was a good day xD

That was a great Pre-Release. I think the draft would have sucked if it wasn't 6 DA. That is too small of a sneak peak, you can't really do much with that. Also pulling Beguiler of Will and Mikaeus the Unhallowed were pretty awesome. Won any game they were played. Also as a first for going to a pre-release it was really fun.

@BeatrizTheGreat I'm not sure if it's at all pre-releases but at mine they each give a person a card with objectives to do, and the more you check off the more chance you have of getting an extra prize. So far example one of them is win without being dealt damage so if you beat someone without getting hit you can check it off.
