I wanted to thank everyone for there views and comments. this is a cyst, my friends in this video went to the doctor (a real doctor) to have it removed in the past. it did come back in the same spot. This is how he chose to handle it. I wanted to give my friend some major props. for over 15 minuets he had needles and a knife in his arm, poking and prodding, this could not have been fun for him. there was no infection made from this. once again thanks for your views and comments

First off, in order to properly lance the cyst you need more than a sewing needle. Secondly, that is a full on infection. As you can tell by the dermatitis and extreme amount of blood coming from a fairly small puncture wound. I recommend strong antibiotics and a tagged WBC nuc med scan.
