  • @XboxTobson360 depends on the bar... a Texas strength bar (which most big gyms use) can hold 1500 lbs. Those won't bend under 405.

  • @inEarthCEO I know what a texas strength bar is !! Our gym has Olympic Bars , they weight 45 Pounds !! Eevry time when i do deadlift with 405 , the bar bends !

  • @XboxTobson360 I'm saying there's two types of 45 lb bars... your gym might not have the Texas strength version... both bars look essentially the same, but one can hold a lot more weight... That 45lb bar in your gym isn't going to hold 1500 lbs.
