  • I must be honest when I say that I have concerns about the direction of KMOJ radio due to what I consider a lack of loyalty to those who laid a foundation for the success of KMOJ in the past. This frightens me greatly because its one of the last voices of the African American community of North Minneapolis. Al may have unusual methods, but don't ignore his facts because of his antics. Al and I have had our own disagreements, but you can not doubt for a moment that he loves this community.

  • @gabeolin I respect the fact that IBNN is showing this. The OTHER news agencies are not reporting and in a democracy all voices are important.

  • First issue - You cannot "Advertise" on KMOJ-FM Radio:

    Why Advertise on KMOJ?

KMOJ-FM listeners in the Minneapolis - St. Paul, MN area are waiting to hear from you about your offerings. It is owned by State of Minnesota. The radio station format is urban contemporary music. This station broadcasts at 89.9 FM.

  • IBNN's special support - is not special support. We cover news in the community. Any time Al Flowers is at a public meeting and interrupts that's news. No different from the Star Tribune posting a video. Get over it. Complaint to the campaign finance folks, are you stupid?

  • Mayor Rybak could of addressed all of the mayoral candidates in a forum but has chosen not to. (Good strategy - but costly if he goes after the Gov seat. - people remember.)

  • 1) Al Flowers behavior was disrespectful to all those residents of North Minneapolis who wanted to celebrate this occasion. Watching the video everyone tried to ignore him and enjoy the speeches which he so disgracefully interrupted. I doubt he has one supporter in that crowd.

    2) It is obvious the IBNN is providing special support to Al Flowers campaign which has a monetary value. I believe a complaint to the campaign finance board is in order.

  • This is a fine example of the Black community that don't have a clue that KMOJ will soon be a "soft-rock/talk" station.
