Great vid! BAA cant get there act together. Really poor customer service. I live in the uk and avoid Heathrow at all costs. I'd rather pay the extra money and fly from my local airport to Amsterdam / Schiphol, a much easier and more organised airport.

I flew into Heathrow from the US, 3 days after the discovery of the "liquids-into-explosives" scare, August 2006. A week later, stood in line for 1 hr 20 min. while folks were told & re-told to throw out their liquids, especially perfumes, lotions, all the forbiddens, as if they'd never heard of the now week-long policies. It is amazing how stupid people like to play! Better safe than sorry and the Heathrow personnel were terrific!

actually its worse than that. That's just the queue BEFORE boarding pass check. Then, once past the check, there are Disney-style switchbacks for at least another 30 minutes. But, after a queue like this, what's another 30.
