  • The one of bro.stoneking is spot on!!! Oh my gosh hilarious!

  • great dude. . . laughing out loud!

  • Oh man, his Stoneking was spot on. That's good stuff there!

  • Jacobs dating wanna my friends....he is HILARIOUS!!!!!!!

  • I know Jacob Tapia in real life. He's hilarious :) he goes to a lot of MoYouth district stuff :)

  • Oh my goodness. Brother Stoneking's was the best!

  • I love the fact that I was raised going to the POA

  • SO VERY RESPECTFUL.......THE UPCI HAS BECOME NOTHING BUT ENTERTAINMENT THESE DAYS...

  • I think people who can initation other people and have different voices has a gift from God.

  • I don't even know which preachers he is imitating, but this is addictive and funny!

  • @DesheDanDuvdevan lol same here!

  • I love that. Wonderful ! God's people is the happiest people on the earth. The joy of the Lord is our strenght.

  • The strange protestantism at its extreme comedy. I personally cannot stand watching these strange protestants doing their strange protestant standup comedies.

  • @UnitedKorean and you catholics have screwed the church up since you began.

  • I love this video. It's sad that lots of comments are negative. Most people don't even know Bro. Tapia. I don't . To comment negatively and condemn shows self-righteousness. From racism to vanity. All kinds of allegations. All over comedy at a convention. Word to the wise pastors are condoning it and you're Not a Pastor at least then what authority does one have to condemn or comment negatively on it? At most.

pray for the people you believe are in the wrong.I'm black and a UPCI Christian..

  • sad that some of these preachers have passed on

  • @budmike81 which ones?

  • Id go to that church.. lol

  • Finally, someone has the talent and courage to let these clowns see how they are perceived by some of us who once supported them.

  • @yamaho5 He wasn't making fun of anyone. They were laughing together. I loved it.

  • I might be looking too much into it, but why the stand up routine in the middle of a church service? There's a time for laughter, but doing preacher impersonations during what looked like to be a revival service just seems unnecessary and irrelevant.

  • @Rawk4Life Maybe that's before they got into the actual service. Sometimes my church has skits or special things before the actual service (usually when it's an anniversary).

  • @Rawk4Life Ha, I love it. Too close to home? If you don't like heat, stay out of the kitchen.

  • I think some people are taking this totally wrong. Their not making fun of the preachers in any way. it's a simple imitation. Imitation is actually the highest form of flattery. It's a joke. Laugh. Enjoy his talent. and PTL while your at it :)

  • LOL!!! BRO STONEKING WAS RIGHT ON! HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!! YOU GO!

  • The pope's copy of the bible has pages stuck together...the ones where baby Jesus is born.

  • @krischo55 Don't be a jerk. There's no reason to bash the pope when this video has nothing to do with that.

  • @dramamamaof2 I'll bash a person that helps pedophiles if I want to.

  • @krischo55 If you did any research whatsoever, you would know that since Pope Benedict has become pope, he has been very actively rooting out this very type of activity.

  • This guy is so Funny! I have heard most of these Preachers and he is Spot on!! Fantastic. And Yes We Do Very Much Love Our Ministers but we like to Laugh also!!!

  • my friends sister is married to him

  • see how easy it is for some one to lead people in the direction they want them to go..People are being lead and he is just pretending to be these various ministers

  • disgusting,immoral,and down right disrespectful..

  • This is good apostolic fun! God bless you all, I'm sure the Lord was laughing with us all.

  • @6397werdna i think not

  • I think it's great that the pastor and church leaders supported this young man and his "talents". It probably all started by word-of-mouth, this young man's gift. PTL for good pastors and churches that have a healthy mindset to laugh.

  • 3:56

Who pressed it on replay? :)

  • im penticostal and i find it very offensive that he would imitate such a great man of god like that! even at mchurch camp i got in troble for yelling at him for doing that. bro mangon is just mad he cant b as good a preacher as bro stoneking:)!!!

  • comedy in church - now that's original. dignified. ha ha huh.

  • don't even know who these pastors are..but pretty funny indeed.!!

  • @Csmooth69 I've met Brother Stoneking on many occasions and he is an amazing person

  • @Csmooth69 yea u might not know them unless your Pentecostal , but all the preachers he does are great men of GOD

  • he does a good job in those imitations! wow!

  • Never thought that Penecostals could poke a joke at themselves

    glad to see

  • Comment removed

  • kids got talent...

  • i know his sisters xD

  • He is absolutely GREAT!

  • Clearing up the misunderstanding about tithing in today's New Testament Church.

  • what church is this at it looks like calvery temple worship center in modesto ali

  • Who said church can't be fun?

  • Bro. Tapia goes to my church!!!!!!!!!!!! He is so funny! Every time he preaches my abs just hurt so much from laughing!

  • good ole christian roast...haha i love it

  • good ole christian roast hahaha

  • is that Bro. Matt Maddix in the background laughing his head off? LOL!!!

  • @lveezy yes it actually is. Lol

  • @lveezy lol yes it is

  • this is awesome he just takes these voices and turns them into wow

  • what would Jesus say? If He saw His workers doing the wrong things...The word is the Word no matter how it is brough forth. Singing, preaching, etc

  • look up "And I quote... FU."

  • It's not that laughter isn't good for the soul, but it conscerns me that many churches have given free permit to the world of entertainment to enter the Holy Sepulchre. In Matthew 21:13 Jesus quoted Isa56:7 "my house shall be a house of Prayer". Let us obey him with Holy & Reverant praise and worship to the one true God and Saviour Jesus Christ. See Titus2:13 and 2Peter1:1 .

  • @derektrophy interesting perspective. I do wonder what Jesus would make of this.

  • Jacob Topia, you are awesome you did some of these @Missouri youth camp 2010 and it was hilarious glad im able to know you:)

  • what year was this

  • Haha this is funny.

  • THAT"S MY COUSIN!!

  • awesome...we did that also in our church in phils...we had so much fun.you did a great job bro.jacob

  • Very funny, done very nicely

  • I thought this was so funny...It's someone imitating pentecostal preachers...all in fun...

  • where do u get this from

  • lol This is funny. :) that would be cool if they could do that at my church.lol Its still fun!

  • so funny!

  • be careful what u said

  • waaah!! haha. AMAZING!!!!!!! (clap clap)

  • For those that never seen this check this out

  • google Doe's Account.

  • he bagan to shout lol

  • no one knows these preachers that he is imitate

  • This is funny!!! Its clean, and it shows that ppl really do pay attention in church!!! God Bless that young man...

  • I'm a former member of this Church and that Lee Stoneking impersonation was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!!!!

  • This man is very good.

  • I could watch this video over and over:) Jake is my brother and the most incredible guy you could ever met. He truly is anointed by God:))

  • Brother Kinsey is our Pastor and that immatation was amazing [:

  • ok this brought back memories and made me cry a little when he did Lee Stoneking. Stirred up a laughter in my soul. That was great. How can anyone make this something that it is not. It is just a tool to have some laughter. Awesome

  • @myfz6 why did you cry when he did Lee Stoneking?

  • To those who are offended, why be offended? There was a purpose to this. If anybody ought be offended, it would be those whom he did the impressions of. And from what I see, they enjoyed it. This guy has a God given gift, and is using what God gave him for the Lord. And knowing Pastor Mangun, I bet he preached one awesome message.

So those here who are offended, don't be. It was done in all good fun, and had a godly purpose. We're supposed to have joy, so let's have joy in Christ!

  • Funny reading some of these comments. A guy points out preachers are nothing but con men putting on a show, yet people still believe their crap.

  • Fantastic immitations --- but do you realize, this guy just showed you how it's all theater, dramatic acting, contrived emotionalism.

The truth will set you free.

  • We oneness people not only have truth, but we can have fun, great video, those that try and contend with us need to worry about finding truth first, than you can commant on this.

  • yes i agree, we have fun too! lots of fun! =) God does want us to have fun and enjoy life!

  • Thanks brother for writing God bless you, have a great new year, hope to hear from ya.

  • @dktacts23 find truth? truth found us

  • I understand your comment, but I found truth, for when the Spirit of truth came it lead and guided me until I found truth. But I understand your meaning.....Thanks.

  • I really enjoyed this. The Bible says that 'laughter does good like a medicine'. I just had a real good dose of it! Thank you for sharing your God-given gift with the world. It's refreshing to hear great, clean comedy!

  • These people are deceived.

  • wow its funny but at the same time respect is necessary. church is not a show time .people get ready Jesuchrist is comimg soon. holinness is demand it today.

  • what???? ridiculous...What order?...XC

  • I used to go to church with Jacob Tapia. I hope he does my impression one day LOL

  • Now that is funny... I do not believe in ANY silly superstition, but yet, hearing a guy impersonate silly superstitioners is actually funny as hell if I might say so myself

  • oh i apologize to you jon, i just read a comment saying you were UPC. I am to sorry once again. The book i was talking about was Restoring the Apostolic faith by J.L Hall.

  • Hey no problem! We all make mistakes, big or small, cause' we're all human. :)

    God bless you

  • Sorry, thats who i was thinking of. I have a book of history of Azuza. I knew it was him or Parham. My bad and apologies. But of course Jesus wasn't white. But don't blame the UPCI on that notion. It started with Roman Catholicism.

  • hahaha oh i love our Pentecostal preachers

  • lol so many words.

  • alot of love in these conversations...

  • u feel that too? lol

  • that was perfect. i wish he could imitate bro tenny

  • Amen, brother I must agree. It's not that laughter isn't good for the soul, but that most Churches have become places of Entertainment. It's like the "Gong Show" from the 70's and 80's is being performed every Sunday at a churches across America. Instead of Sound Doctrine you have comedians. Instead of true worshippers you have Christian "Rock Bands". Instead of "Holiness" you have looseness in the pulpits across America. Jesus called His Church the "House of Preayer" not a comedy club!

  • You know what's funny, is that all of you uptight, too good for laughter in church kind of people probably ain't gonna make it to heaven anyways, so why even bother posting on here. There might be people completely new to God or to church, that might be so scared out of their mind or nervous, that if they can laugh at something and break the ice they can begin to relax and maybe get saved. You people that can't laugh in church go join a mormon or catholic church, or grow up.

  • What? You call me "uptight" because I think that "God House" should be used to edify and build up the Saints and to prepare them for the "Great Tribulation"? Do you have the "Lambs Book of Life" in your possession to know who is going to heaven? You are probably a "Lukewarm" Christian that says anything goes no matter where your at. By the way, if a sinner comes to Church for the first time they need to hear the Gospel not be entertained by voice impersonations. Uggggggh. Fake Christians!

  • Psalm 126:2 says "Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD hath done great things for them." There is joy in serving the Lord, and there is no where in the Bible that says you can't laugh in church. There is no where in the Bible where it says we have to be reverent in the House of the Lord to the point of praying in hushed tones, and no clapping, no shouting, no loud singing, no loud praising. That's just a lie from satan.

  • On top of that there is so much scripture in the Bible that completely contradicts your beliefs of what church is supposed to be like that it is ridiculous for you to be on here telling a bunch of true born again One God Apostolic tongue talkin Pentecostals that we are wrong. You obviously have no idea what the Bible says and go off of what could only be a man made thought process of what church should be like. If you think you can prove we are wrong you had better start with scripture KJV only.

  • Show me a scripture in the Bible where we turn the pulpits of God into the "Gong Show". Show me in any of the Epistles where they were using "The House of God" for comedy shows. I didn't say there isn't a place for good clean Christian comedy, it just should be done apart from the pulpit. Saints gather to be edified not entertained. And By the Way, I am Apostolic. So save the tongue talking Pentecostal rhetoric for someone else. Bottomline show me scripture to back up your point! I'm waiting!

  • A man who answers a question with a question, is a man who has no answer good enough to give. Proverbs 26:21 says "As coals are to burning coals, and wood to fire; so is a contentious man to kindle strife." Contention is a work of the flesh, of course I'm sure you knew that. You are an egotistic self righteous problem causer. And the men you speak against are some of the most revered men of God in the Apostolic faith, completely anointed of God and used in ways that most people aren't used.

  • I asked you to show me where it says we can't laugh in church or have fun in church. And you in all of your wisdom try to turn the tables on me, and you did it with the aptitude of an amateur. You have the mindset of a catholic/mormon about church. I guarantee you that you wouldn't walk up to Bro. Mangun and tell him that he is wrong nor any of the other preachers in this congregation that they are wrong for laughing. The conviction of the Holy Ghost would drop you to your knees, so be quiet.

  • You are unlearned in the scriptures. There is nowhere in scripture that talks about entertainment or comedy in the Chruch. You must have never read any of the Epistles. Church was a place for teaching and exhortation, not slap stick comedy. Second, UPC is the most prejudice Apostolic Organization there is. There is no wonder you don't see Blacks or other minorities on your pulpits. You have a "Form of Godliness" deny the "Power Thereof". UPC is borderline cultic period.

  • LOL, "revered men in of God in the Apostolic Faith". Who's Faith? The caucasion faith. UPC is prejudice to the core. How come you don't have Black, Hispanic, and Asians sitting on the plateforms during your so call great conferences? That's because UPC is egotistical self righteous group of people who think the Word of God can only through from a white man's lips. By the way, I have forgotten more scripture than you know so save it with the Bible quotations; I'm not fooled by your rhetoric!

  • You have done what I thought you would do. You proved exactly what you are, a contentious back-biting, false accusing problem causer. And way to forget the Scriptures there buddy. The Bible says to hide the Word in your heart, not forget the Word. As far as playing the race card, you just proved how juvenile your thought process is. I won't deny that there are those who think they are better than others but as you have shown they are in all religions.

  • And as far as being unlearned in the Scriptures, we can never stop learning from God. But there is a certain type of spirit of rebellion that causes people to act the way you do, and to cause strife among those of the faith. So while you continue to use big words like I have no idea what they may mean, I will continue to worship Jesus knowing full well that I am Heaven bound, not concerning myself with people who cause problems. The Bible says to resist the devil and he will flee....bye bye.

  • The only problem I have caused is to expose you and your prejudice organization for what it is a cult. I also noticed you didn't address the part about no Blacks, Asians, or Hispanics on the platform at your conferences. You tell me where your racist views come from because Jesus taught that we should have no respect of persons. Bye, Bye, Devil!

  • Again, not UPCI, but every UPCI I've been to, I've been so welcomed and accepted and given opportunity to speak and partake in what they were doing.

Now there are racists ppl in every denomination.

  • For starters Jesus answered questions with questions to show the folly of the wisdom of those who challenged him. Second: while I agree with you in regards to NtheNow's views, I dislike the way you resorted to his style of bickering like an 8 year-old.

  • get a grip man, watch zeitgeist. there is no god!

  • Oh, because the kids that made Zeitgeist say so ??? That is such a laff. Too bad some folks have already had a direct and personal experience with God.

  • I believe the movie Zeitgeists it`s based on science and the bible is based on tales linked to astrology.

I was kinda harsh in my first comment, sorry about that. Did not mean to mark anyone's beliefs.

  • Zeitgeist has some pretty good stuff in it. But, their view of religion is based on the sad fact that most religion is garbage. This fact has nothing to do with the existence of God. They sadly draw conclusions about God based on mankinds little garbage power trips that are created to control people. Even most Chistianity out there is warped and confused, and not the real thing. Sad indeed, for the 1st century 'church' really had it going on. You will notice they never talk about them.

  • Well, you better believe those tales or your tail will be in trouble when you see Jesus face to face. Zeitgeist that!!!

  • Apparently you weren't there to hear the rest of the message. Neither was I. I'm pretty sure there is a reason they did this. So stop casting judgement, repent, and let the love of God shine through you, because I don't see any light shining in your comments.

And to attack us on racism brother, you need to repent right away because that is not true. Have you ever met Bro' Wayne Francis?? Have you met those in my church that are black? Yes, I'm UPCI, and you have no right to judge others.

  • The video speaks for itself. Look on UPCI pulpits all over America and will see very few if minorites in leadership. I will give you a $1,000 for ever African-American UPCI pastor you can find in your organization. So I think you and your organization should repent, for the love of Christ doesn't operate in racism. I never said you didn't have "Black" ppl in your church, I said where are the Blacks-Asians-Latinos in leadership? Why are they absent from UPCI's pulpits all over America. God c's u!

  • Again, we are not racist. Stop playing God and judging others, especially lying about us. Satan is the father of all lies, and you are stating a pretty big one there. I don't have to go out and show you all our church leaders that are of other races. You can Google it and find out for yourself. If we were racist, as you proclaim, and then say you weren't talking about black people in our churches, you just contradicted your statement that we're racist.

  • So your statements that we need to repent for something we are not... I'm sorry but you need to do the repenting. And even if we were racist, then why in the world do we have missionaries in Africa, Mexico, Cuba, China, The Middle East, ect ect? Your accusations are nothing but lies. Azuza Street started with interracial worship, and that's how it's going to continue to be. And if you don't believe me, search for yourself. But don't accuse us of racism when that is not true.

  • yeah didn't you know charles parham was the first to receive the revelation of the Gift of the Holy Ghost and he was african american.

  • Actually he wasn't black, but Brother William J. Seymour was. Just because one person falls into the grips of Satan, becoming racist, doesn't mean we all support him. Was Jesus Caucasian? No.

  • Okay I am latin and we have plenty of UPCI Pastors, i have seen plenty of black UPCI pastors. Maybe u want to look on youtube for Apostolic's cause lots of ppl are getting out of the Organization and just becoming Apostolic, and its the same thing, holiness, oneness with out the organization. But there are plenty of latin and blk pastors, Belive me.

  • My favorite preacher is black, brother wayne francis. You sound ignorent

  • You don't sound that smart yourself!

  • Well, if the majority of the ppl in UPCI are white, it makes sense that the majority of the leadership is. I mean if whites were to outnumber blacks 10 to 1, I would expect to the leadership of blacks to be no greater than 10%. I don't know any real numbers though, not UPCI.

  • I am black do not see the need for any blacks to be in UPCI or ledership. This is not like being denied anything. Blacks should focus on knowing Jesus and the power of his might, not what organization they belong.

  • Black, white, green, yellow, color doesn't matter. Organization don't matter either. Yes my church is affiliated with the UPCI, but that does not mean we focus on the organization. Our main goal is to know Christ, and share Him with the world.

  • Actuall there are some black people in upci in england.

  • btw, What is a pulpit? Does the NT church have these? At my friend's church they just call it the platform.

  • Wow that is awesome. He sounds just like bro. Stoneking. But i think Bro. G A was great too.

  • I don't know any of these preachers he's imitating, but man, can he perform! Good job!

  • Bro. Tapia is an awesome preacher

  • It is nothing wrong with this. what christians can't laugh?

  • awesome!!1that was hilarious!!lol...he should have did Dr.Jeffers

  • That was great! His Stoneking was hilarious and dead on! I would love to see more of him posted on youtube. I wonder if he could do Jeff Arnold?

  • The Bible says that there is a time for everything under the sun.I do believe he wants us to laugh for it says there is a time to laugh and a time to cry...This brother has my blessing....I think he did a great job and I have never meet him....Keep on keepin on...

  • haha lol... look at sis mangun when he impersonates bro mangun... lol her face was like OMG!!!!!!lol

  • man why is it every time us apostolics post something, the devil has to use people to destroy it? because satan is scared were gonna win people through our videos. bro tapia is amazing and bro anthony mangun, the annointed pastor would not have allowed anything ungodly on the platform so dont worry it wasnt in vain. besides, i heard bro stoneking preach this past weekend at the singles conference and it was amazing and i doubt he would be mad at bro tapia for this, so back off dude!

  • Taking his name in vain? I didn't hear the Lords name in that video one time. I heard God, but that isn't his name. We all know what his name is.

By the way, This is my youth pastor, Bro. Tapia. Great man of God.

  • Comment removed

  • Dedgum dude that's cool.

  • i dont know any of these people but it was the kicks!! lol

  • That was very funny!!!

  • Yea... That was all in fun. Not behind anyone's back. God created humor.

  • No this doesn't qualify as taking His name in vain. Nobody looked uncomfortable, not even the leaders he was imitating. It was all in good fun, and there was a purpose to it. God created humor, what's wrong with that? Even at least he wasn't using his God given talent in an inappropriate manner. Learn to chill down and not judge lest you be judged.

  • what would be a legitimate use of the Lord's name in vain, to you???

So this guys' use of the Almighty isn't irreverent? He invokes the name of God to crack a joke!! How is this not a vain usage of His name?

I don't condemn this young man, not at all...but it was entirely inappropriate to do such a thing in a 'worship' setting--let alone in real life. It was wrong to do it--period.

  • Wow your heart is cold! He did not use it in vain. In fact I betcha' God was enjoying it as well! Have you ever heard any of these men preach??? Do you know any of the men he impersonated???? I'm pretty sure you don't. Don't judge lest you be judged. Go check your spirit.

  • This doesn't qualify as doing anything in vain. It is very much o.k. to have fun in church. All of the guys he impersonated, with the exception of 2, were in the building. POA uses humor as part of their service from time to time. Search POA Mothers Day 09 or Bunch and Breeze. Both are from this church. They haven't and wouldn't do it at a time that would interrupt or hinder the moving of the Spirit of God. Smile. Enjoy life. It is o.k. God DID create humor as John86 pointed out. You are wrong.

  • What does it mean to take his name in vain? What is his name?

If I was imitating something a preacher said that I thought was funny, do I need to find substitute words for God's name if he used it and I'm repeating him.

Is God's name as revealed to us in salvation (Jesus), the name that cannot be spoken? Is that the name that the Hebrews wouldn't use?

Remember that God has many names, one of the reasons for that is because jews weren't allowed to say one of the names.

  • @alpoellnitz

speaking of the Jews---wasn't it a mistake of theirs to place too much importance in the 'letter' of the law--making your argument, based in semantics, a complete missing of the point and a semblance of the very mistakes you insinuate that I am making.

The spirit of the law is to not take ANY of His names in vain---to simply not speak of spiritual things for our own purposes.

I don't wish to contend with others, merely to point out that this exert offends the spirit.

  • Could you expound on what you mean by "Speaking of spiritual things for our own purposes?"

I do not wish to contend but the taking of the Lord's name in vain has often been a question of mine, since we were pretty much taught invoke the name Jesus extremely often throughout the day.

If my little 2 year old said God was in the washing machine, would I be wrong to repeat what she said in telling them the humor of my child's actions?

  • Well said, Brother, well said! That was my point all along. You can read my past comments.

  • @alpoellnitz

I don't think you intended to take His name in vain. I do think that sometimes we all show poor judgment. 'Own purposes' = in this circumstance I meant the vain purposes of getting a laugh rather than being conscientious of how we are making light of spiritual things. Whether you were making fun of a preacher is neither here nor there.

I don't harbor ill feelings towards you--I'm sure I've exhibited worse behavior, and on more than one occasion. I'm not condemning you!

  • I took no offense. Not easily offended. You're fine.

I think it was more about making fun of the these people's personality and being preachers you can't leave out their devotion towards God. I mean it would almost be impossible to mock me without mentioning something about God. I don't think the intent was to take God lightly and I doubt they do.

I see your point however and would not have condoned a comedy show in church. I think a different setting would have made it better.
