This uro is overweight. Not necessarily obese but definately unhealthy. That movement is meant to threaten because he's scared. Leave him alone when he puffs up, hisses, and does that movement. You can see the sadness in his eyes. They have emotions. They're not just existing.

The reason he is fat is because he is blowing up to make himself larger to scare off predators. He is wiggling because he is getting ready to use his tail for defense from what is annoying him.
@GChemist1 you're right that they blow their body up to look bigger...but you can obviously tell that this uro is EXTREMELY obese just by looking at his size and how fat his tail is. this is just sad. poor thing :(
@clehmanj i mean yes the bloatedness is but you can still obviously tell hes obese due to the neck and tail, and hes not nescesarily been aggrivated or tormented bye the owner, this could be the reaction to an unfamiliar object such as a camera.
