I did a video like that not to long ago. But i just cannot upload it to YouTube. It will upload, but something with copyright it will say and the song wont show.

Youtube doesn't support the uploading of MP3 files. You have to convert the MP3 into a video file so Youtube will recognize it. So, if you don't want to add any text or photos, at 1:08 part of the video, you can make the text and background black.
