The power the rush is too good to believe on the 550. The thing most people do not tell you about these bikes is that they have raw brilliant balance, everyone is so taken by the 70BHP ; ) that they hardly notice how this bike makes even novice riders win local races. It is almost a conspiracy the way the press ignore these bikes. You would spend 15,000 dollars on tuning and parts to make any other bike get close to what one of these will do out of the box.

The Valmet is something else, it has mountings on both sides and the chair can be turned 180 degrees so you can drive in both directions. Only 27 was ever made and this is one of two that ever made it to sweden :)
I know, I ride by myself, except that where I drive there are usually terrible spoors left by cars, so it's a little tricky, but also faster. But Aprilia is absolutely amazing bike, but ice does not really do justice for it.

It is very cold (-20 degrees), your body kind of does that to ya :) I loose grip on both wheels in each turn also, alot of correcting with the body!
