They're not, but the body transformations they go through (i.e. the Protean discipline) are similar, and using video material of werewolves to illustrate this is the closest thing you can get.

@LFLloureiro Yeah, I knew that. I actually tried with wolf scenes, but it didn't have the same "effect" as werewolves in the song, if u know what I mean. And as @Aprodia said, it was the closest thing I could get on getting cool gangrel scenes.
