I find hard to take this guy seriously,(dude loose the chain and tone down the sarcasim) I,m born and raised in the OC and know it well, I'm also a CA Realtor. The flipping potential is great, especally in central OC, geting past the cheesy-ness, he seemed like a real go getter. I have watched every show a couple times and find new and valuable information every time. Richard really Is the deal hope you are. Vance you are adorable! the OC is the place to be, so good luck.

Thank you. Yes I have done some flips and held a Real Estate license in Texas. Although I didn't sell retail I used the license to purchase FHA/VA properties for renovation and rentals. Guess I kinda forgot that part! Maybe on our second date...?
