For those that don't understand what is being pointed out here:

the point is that the woman immediately inquires if he's a "brotha" meaning is he black, and her body language is hopeful for a yes. It seems like if the answer is to be no, she will do that deflate thing and grumble. So the racist part that this user is picking out is basically the lady inquiring the guy's skin and then making a judgement on whether she's interested.Imagine if a white person said, "is he white?!"
