Well, I am *so* glad Pinnacle tore down that building so they could create a giant empty oceanfront lot that they've finally stopped pretending they're going to develop some day.

The historic Madison-Lenox Hotel recently renovated in 2002 as an all-suite hotel,a multi-story car park, and a small 9-story building on Kennedy Avenue will be imploded along with the main hotel tower.
It will be a very very sad day,i worked there the best years of my life teens-thirtys,with the best co workers in the WORLD!it was a 2nd home,always Frankie Scalpati

It was sad to see the Sands go. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it and the casino was great. Such a waste.

oh we were right there on the beach, my son actually got a piece of brick after the building went down. IT WAS SOOOO AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!!
