regulate your merchants. they must not allow the streets to look like a poor market. make laws about store signs and proper racks for goods. make a trolley for shoppers and benches so they can rest. decorate the city with flowers. incourage "A" class businesses. regulate businesses so that the city would be cleaner. give fines for people that disrespect this. not to much. use this money to build the cities. don't let the bank own everything. that is the beginning of a fall. look at the proof

the credit system sells people. do your research. find other ways that people of ghana can obtain goods. maybe a 90 day pay system with no interest. but do not let the bank become the owners of the people. this is the thing that is causing economic collapse around the world. Fix your cities for tourism. keep life simple. The world will flock to ghana for a break from the fast moving economic jungles. they will come and marvel at your beautiful simplicity. ghana, hear. you must understand this.
