individual > no discipline > improper trash or waste disposal > rain (signal no.1) > clogging of canals and other means of drainage > water elevation > no direction > street flooding > damage of properties...even death
this is not just because of what we have been doing in the Philippines but it's what we do all over the globe...i pray that things will pass and everyone would be mindful now not just for their own sake but for everyone...so please, let's try to CHANGE if we don't want things to get worse.
i can't believe this...we passed by this area around 6pm..ndi na nmen naabutan..people were saying na ndi na kakayanin or hanggang leeg na ang baha..sobrang traffic that time.. it took us 2 hours bago makadaan...we saw the aftermath, lots of garbage, woods, plastic, etc.. please guys, let us start within ourselves, stop throwing trashes in the streets and creeks, rivers, etc. this should be a wake up call...
I live here too. Sa likod ng northridge plaza. We've been living here for 23 years now. This is the first time we've ever encountered a flood like this.
congressional avenue is just right beside the street where i live. buti na lang ndi kami inabot ng flood. pero true, twenty years na kami nakatira d2, first time to nangyari.
tang inang mga tao to naninisi pa may lubid na nga eh!

Ganti to ng kalikasan sa pang-aabuso natin (basura, polusyon, etc). Kelan kaya magigising at matatauhan ang mga pinoy?
