@SirSteppy Oh god, Dat faggy comment. Well, I made the team, but its getting suckish without new or old material. The best people on the team only do quads and J-Hooks. We're looking around for new moves right now, Silver Creek is soon so we're trying to revive the team.

You guys have a pretty good layout of the routine, it precisely goes from one phase to another while maintaining difficulty. My team from Tara does the speed manual and alot of double-hand as well but it's loose routine. IndianRiverAFJROTC is right, this is deff Nats stuff Patrick. There's no reason to be competing at the Western Region Meet at Texas :p
