The rewritten version was a lot better; well, grammar and spelling wise.

The gore is still overwhelming, but now at least appears more in depth. Granted, only that single part where R.D.'s getting de-winged and when it's torn off by that sliver of flesh actually made me cringe.

What I think the reason why most people make it such a big deal is either because the idea of butchering and/or cooking up a character like Rainbow Dash (or really any character from a show classified as a children's show) into cupcakes is horrifying on its own, or because they know it could be even better if a someone properly redid it.
