I actually beat this game even though it was all in Japanese. Still no idea how I did it, lol.

I, too, own the same game. But, i play it on my Sega CD(not Mega CD) using a converter cart called Pro-X CD. I also have a bunch of other Mega CD games. But, can you tell me your collection?
