Actually, menacing is specifically a weapons-related offense (some states call it "brandishing"). I've had people arrested for it before. It requires that the suspect display a weapon (even if it's fake), or merely claim that he has a weapon, and that his behavior would put a reasonable individual in fear of bodily harm. But since this guy did claim he had a knife, I guess it qualifies.

Nothing as entertaining as seeing an alcoholic, quite possibly with mental health issues being arrested.
