I don't play WOW but I've had experiences with the game off and on. I can tell you this though if guilds are already doing raids in BETA then you know it will be done two or three days after the release of the new expansion. This is the major reason I don't play WOW or any other MMO's . I hate feeling like someone in the world will always have

@Collectro No way man, Pally tanks are even easier now. It's literally just a priority rotation. You don't even use every GCD like you used to. CS CS CS SoR or CS CS CS WoG or sub Hammer if its AoE pulling. sprinkle some consecrates and bam you're tanking

Why did the ability Conversion seem to only last for a second on you but longer on other players (I noticed the Boomkin and Warlock stay MC'd for ~5 seconds).

@shinaikouka it makes you use worship, an ability that can be interrupted, which will stop the MC, and the MC has a debuff that is magical, which can be dispelled.

Our group just dispelled since there is only 2 MC's on 10 man.

@lobomanhunt The point of the beta is to test the new content, so it makes perfect sense to put a "pro" guild in there who will do nothing but test it. A bunch of randoms would need time to pull together and learn how to work together effectively first not to mention they may not collectively have the depth of raiding knowledge needed to properly test something like this. Were as these guys are ready to go now and have a deep understanding of raiding.

but the real problem, and im mad of, is that as soon as cataclysm start, hard core players, that are not in beta, will have to start from the begining, while Paragon already kill Cho'gal, so where is the real race for the w.first kill? if they allready kill it during the beta test, Blizz is the one who should test the encounter, and not showing raid content to limited players

@hat3brE3der While they’ve downed that boss in beta that achievement isn’t carried over to live, they’ll have to repeat the fight, and be quick. Not to mention there’ll be a race to 85 and a race to get geared up before anyone even steps into these raids.

I do see your point though, they already know the fight mechanics so it’ll be that much easier for them, but there’s just so much information coming out from the beta it’ll be hard for any other ‘no life’ guild to go in completely green.
