too much windup on the uppercut, drop and pop (fist is way to low and very loose), you need to use your entire body, drop down and drive up with your legs
too much windup on the hook, short and sharp (currently big windup and very loose), heel lift is fine, need more hip rotation to create power
kicks and knees are fine, need more snap on the front kick
I suggest do some karate lessons and some boxing lessons to get both disciplines more authentic.
fist inline with elbow (vertically) showing all 4 knuckles square to your opponent, sink down and widen up the stance (think karate: posturally upright and grounded)
back arm should be chambered at your waist (check how real karate people do it), it's a karate punch btw not a cross, cross is a face shot, karate punch is stomach shot
the mid block needs to look like a block (ie. strong even though it's the warmup), tense up your muscles
