This not the band Peter has backing him nowadays. Just guessing, but this video is probably from early 2000's when Frank Annuziata was his musical director.
Since you guys are talking about 60's music - you gotta see this very cool series on Dusty Springfield and some other top groups of the 60's - (dot)reelinintheyears(dot)com/britishinvasion
I really like one of Dusty Springfield's songs, but I've never looked up any of her other songs and listened to them to know if I'd like them or not. I guess I'm a fan only if really liking one of her songs is qualifies me as a fan.
He's a wonderful entertainer, and was a joy to have in my musical history! Always seemed like a dear, sweet young man. Would love to see him in person! Thanks for the vid!
Peter ,is attractive and has a heart of Gold wish I could of gotten to meet Him ,back then after it was not so long ago .I think he is a easy person to have had a crush on and highly admired .His wife is a Lucky Lady .
Saw Peter just yesterday at the WoodStock Fair in Ct and he is so talented . Besides his own songs he also does a great Johnny Cash , Mick Jaggar and Tom Jones !
Saw him last week in Queens New York. He's 62 and looks to be in his 30's. His voice is stronger and better than it was 45 years ago. A great show from a great entertainer.
I saw Peter Noone last night in Rochester, NY and all I can say is that he was awesome. He is quite the entertainer. It took me 40 years to see him but it was well worth it. He sounds and looks just as good as he did back in the 60's. He blew away the Happenings, Gary Puckett and the Association who was appearing with him on this tour. A memorable night! Keep up the great work Peter!
Alot of musicians when they get older try to show everybody that they still got it and seem to be unaware that they really don't . That is just not the case with Peter Noone . He is actually much better now than he was as a teenager . Keep on rockin' Peter !!!
i'm here by accident.this is awesome. i love herman's hermits when i was in highschool (i even used "hermania" as my pen anme). i still love and appreciate their kind of music as much as i love and appreciate SOAD and serj tankian and daron malakian and shavo odadjian and john dalmayen and buckethead now.
can't get over how adorable he still is....I will be forever in the 60's....definitely the best music ever....one great brit group after another...rock on...
