Pitifully short is the memory of man: February 26th 1993... 6 dead. July 7th 2005... 52 dead. March 11th 2004... 191 dead. November 20th 2003... 50 dead. July 30th 1916... 7 dead. April 19th 1995... 168 dead. December 7th 1941... 2471 dead. December 21st 1988... 270 dead. October 12th 2000... 17 dead. September 11th 2001... 3016 dead. Aren't you feeling embarrassed for forgetting, and remembering only ONE sad day?
@limitedplay those motherfucker are human just like us..this is a problem we need ot resolve together, and there is no need to be hostile, it is humans fighting humans, we re only hurting mankind by fighting one another.
@TheMusicalBeing first of all it was you who attack us first! we muslims need to respond with an attack on you scums! you have destroyed the world, and now we give you back! the war is promised, and you need to vanish before we stop! the 2 towers where just the start;))) The muslims are blessed, not like you fat americans and europeans! Muslims are here to correct the mistakes you have made!
join us muslims and you will be safe! if not you dont deserve to live!
@haditqura you fucking asshole you have destroyed the world with terror you should burn in hell america will rise not muslims but terrosists and talibans will fucking be destroyed you communist terrorist peice of shit
the message of imagine, in my opinion, is that before action can take place, we must have imagination to picture something different and better. most conservatives, and some liberals can't imagine a better world - its too naieve they say. too impossible to imagine seomthing better. get your head out of the clouds. reality's what's important! well that's not all thats important, and i'm not really sure of what reality is. anyway, keep dreaming, keep imagining.
Before you can take action, you must have a plan. Imagine it in your head (your dream). You have a dream that you want to become a reality, then of course you must take action to make it happen.
I cannot for the life of me imagine why people think the end of the world is near (if they believe in the Bible).
The Bible teaches us that their must be true peace every where (Global), before the end of days. I don't think we are that close yet!
I remember well the first time I heard "Imagine" sung by John Lennon and I also remember just as clearly the first time I heard Neil Young's voice. He was singing Heart of Gold. It's no wonder both of them are such icons. They both truly speak to the heart through their music and their poetry.
This is a time when the world, and particularly America needs so badly to hear a message of peace and unity like this. And who better to remind us of it than one of the Viet Nam war eras true cultural icons. Perhaps we should not be so quick to remember New York, 9/11/2001, but quicker to remember Ohio, 5/4/1970.
Lord stop the fighting enjoy the music you people are calling each other as douches whene you guys are making eachother seem like what you have been saying

I think that the message is not about dreaming. :) But nice try I guess? haha
However, in the field of Quantum Theory it has something to it.

Imagining something won't make it a reality or will it?
We like to dream or wish things. Can the power of the mind do these things?
I am sure most of us will like to believe it can. But still imagining won't do what action can.

so funny how a punk can say something ignorant and get so many responses from intelligent people calling him a "douchefag"
don't acknowledge him and pay attention to this beautiful cover of a genius' work.

A waste of Neil's talent on a pedestrian song. That's not to say Lennon wasn't a genius. it's just this song is pretentious and boring.

When John Lennon was asked who he liked as far as "current music"...the first artist he mentioned was...Neil Young. Obviously...Neil knew this.
