No way! It's a Johnny Cash song, not one of his best if you ask me, and Emmy Lou does a great job, but this is a very valid version. I have the old 45 of Johnny's. @425peaceandlove about the song 'Blue Denim' Stevie said that it must have been about Lindsey as is the only guy she has ever loved/known who had those stunning blue eyes, which makes me think that this song would have to be about LB, maybe he wasn't the one who officially ended but his actions could have made her want to end it with him so she wonders if he's sorry for that, if that makes sense? The lyrics may not fit exactly but it is a cover.
