The concert benefited the Shriner's Hospitals for Children, which Justin is affiliated with because of the golf tournament he does/will do in Vegas every October.

So Justin arranged for this concert to be put together, and in the midst he's launching Esmee's career, so he released this song and all the proceeds go back to the Shriner's charity.
