There are no sharks in the water underneath the Golden Gate Bridge. It's still technically the bay not the ocean.

Because any ocean life says, "Wait, stop! We can't go any farther! That's the bay man!" Ahaha! It's all connected, and it's all salt water. Therefore, sharks, whales, fish, etc, will be found in a the bay, as well. (Just not as much possibility as in the vast ocean itself. Rarer.)
