I think you misinterpreted the interview wrong. I applaud the newswoman for how she spoke to him, because obviously he has absolutely NO respect for anyone. Exactly, basically the only facts I could reap from that media segment were that this kid threw a party that escalated into something bigger than he expected and the crowd started getting wild so the neighbors called the police to send out helicopters and everything. He isn't responsible for their actions by the way. The evidence of "damage" that it shows are some cans on the ground that looks like the camera man busted open a trash bag (in another vid) and a cracked windshield, as you said.
