dosent let me put it on realtime ?

I drop frames slower now but I still drop frames :(

I drop like 300 frames for a 30 sec. video.

-Dell Inspiron Mini 32-Bit Laptop

- Slow Computer

- Windows XP

Those are the facts about my computer. Any help would be appreciated.
